Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Unser Aparthouse Leonhard wurde im Mai 2023 neu eröffnet. Die 9 Wohneinheiten wurden in ökologischer Bauweise errichtet. Dich erwartet bei uns ein schallisoliertes 1-Zimmer-Apartment welches durch seine moderne und zugleich praktische Einrichtung überzeugt. Es erfolgt während dem Aufenthalt etwa alle zwei Wochen eine Reinigung inklusive Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel.

The 72 m² apartment is located in the heart of Feldkirch's old town (pedestrian zone) in a listed house with 200 years of history. Since the apartment is on the courtyard side, you hear absolutely nothing from the vibrant life in the old town. Shops, restaurants, cozy bars and a bakery are very close.
