Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

A small wooden cabin with a distinctive arched roof is surrounded by fresh snow. Tall trees can be seen in the background, and the play of shadows from the branches creates a serene winter scene under a clear blue sky.

Mini house in mini-golf on the hill.

Mini house surrounded by greenery at the Valbruna mini golf. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

Apartment with a dream view of the Karawanken, in fine weather all the way to Slovenia. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating for cozy warmth, in the kitchen fine wood stove for heating. In the middle of the Gurktal in a small village with some hiking and biking routes nearby. Within 10 minutes there is the shopping town of Feldkirchen with many possibilities. Within a very short time you can get to various lakes such as Wörthersee, Ossiacher See and Goggausee.

A few minutes drive to many ski areas, lakes, the thermal baths and interesting excursion destinations.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
