A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you on the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room sleeps 3 people, with a double bed in 140 and a single bed, wifi and TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private at the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilets at the entrance of the house are in common.

Fully furnished and equipped, with 5 beautiful bedrooms and capacity for up to 12 guests The living area opens out onto the terraces and a delightful heated swimming pool (up to 29°C from June to mid-September). Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
