.... not at home and yet at home.... For us, PEACE is still paramount. In a quiet location in the entrance of the Kaunertal, nature still plays the main role. Surroundings from the beautiful mountains, nature invites you to relax and unwind. Discover the hiking and skiing paradise that is right on our doorstep. Kauns offers many opportunities for leisure activities at any time of the year. Our new apartment is made with a lot of love for detail and can accommodate 4 people!

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The gastronomy and shops are about 5 minutes by car, on foot in about 20 minutes. The large windows illuminate the premises and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!

Beautiful wooden cabin with fireplace and pine bed

If you love the mountains and nature, Siegi's vacation cottage is the place to be. The hut is located in the center of a small mountain village at 1350 m, and is the ideal starting point for hiking, excursions or in winter for skiing, snowshoeing or sledding. In bad weather, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fireplace with a good book. Hike to crystal-clear mountain lakes and enjoy the sunset on the veranda of our cabin.
