4 guests - one bedroom with a double bed - sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Independent accommodation of 60 m² arranged in the farmhouse of your hosts. Enclosed and wooded garden of 8000 m². Very good thermal insulation. Terrace and garden are available for your meals or to relax in a pleasant and quiet setting. Children will enjoy a large swing set and other games. Internet connection is available via Wi-Fi. Hiking, fishing, mountain biking, canoeing, horseback riding, preserved sites...

In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Ideal for families: heated pool (from april till october) aviaries, donkeys, horse and chickens on the estate. GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.
