Located on the banks of the Ourthe and the Ravel, this pleasant house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, an American pool table and a games room. It is located in the heart of the charming village of Comblain-au-Pont, supermarket, Post Office, Museum, bar, restaurants... everything is nearby. It's an ideal place, thanks to the enclosed garden and covered terrace, to spend a few vacation days with friends and family. Check-in and checkout only on Fridays and Mondays.

The refuge is designed as an autonomous habitat 40 meters set back from a dead end, the swimming pool is reserved for travelers (open from 01.04 to 01.10). Naxhelet golf course is located 7 minutes away by car. Everything is planned for calm, rest and tranquility. Access is private and enjoys a location in the heart of a one hectare property. Studio located on the 2nd floor in a charming bourgeois house built in the early 20th century. We have preserved the authentic spirit of the house and have carefully furnished it to offer you maximum comfort. A garden surrounds the house, a heated swimming pool with a retractable roof including sauna and jacuzzi complete the offer. Note that the pool is available to residents of the entire house as well as the sauna and Jacuzzi.
