The ski resorts of Bernex and Thollon with surprising views of Lake Geneva are 15 minutes away, Chatel 25 minutes, Morzine 40 minutes, you will enjoy it summer and winter! Ideally located on the Gavot plateau to enjoy the joys of cycling, walks, hikes, trails on marked trails. Geneva is 1 hour by car, Chamonix is 1 hour 40 minutes. Lake Geneva beaches 15 min away

In the heart of Evian's old town, 2 minutes from shops and the Source Cachat, 5 minutes from the pier and thermal baths. Equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave), 1.60 m bed, closets, TV and Wi-Fi, breakfast area, coffee machine, bathroom/toilet with towel dryer and hair dryer. Coaches to Thollon and Bernex stations at the bottom of the street.

Very nice 50 m2 2-room ground floor with terrace, bright refurbished, located on Boulevard de la Corniche, 15-min walk to the Thermal Baths or the city center and 20 minutes to the port of Thonon. The apartment consists of a bedroom-suite with 160 cm double bed, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable dining area. The living room gives access to the terrace.

Many activities related to the mountains or Lake Geneva are nearby. Several ski resorts (cross-country or alpine) are nearby (between 20 minutes and 40 minutes by car). Many walks are accessible from the house. A 2-minute walk away, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Jura.
