It is located 2 km from ÇALIŞ beach and 18 km from ÖLÜDENİZ Beach. It is 100 meters from corporate markets and 300 meters from restaurants and cafes. All kinds of transportation vehicles (minibuses, taxis, etc.) pass in front of our villa. It is a location where you can spend time with your family and have fun. Our villa is built in 2024 and complies with all zoning and EARTHQUAKE REGULATIONS.

Tinton is a nickname, my brother-in-law's grandfather's nickname. Shaman is the name of our boutique, our first and biggest business in commercial life. The restoration/renovation of the house was completed in October 2022, it was furnished with great care and elegance. A combination of 2 apartments, also used independently, at a central point. You can't drive into the street. You climb 80 steps to the house. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.
