The location is located in the best location in Fethiye. Preferred to have a peaceful, quiet , tranquil holiday. Fethiye is very close to Kordona, Paspatur Bazaar and Çalış Beach. You can easily get to all the well-known tourist attractions. The supermarket, pharmacy and gym are nearby. NOTE: Apart from this house, I have another house in the same location. Our place is designed in the style of a boutique hotel. Every member of our family has put in a lot of effort. At the end of a long and laborious period, a happy and joyful work emerged. Our building has 3 rooms that are entered independently from the stair tower. Each room has its own bathroom, toilet and balcony, and 2 rooms have a mini suite kitchen. The rooms are on the ground floor, 1st Floor and Attic 2nd floor. We also have a room in Bodrum, but we didn't put it on the list We have a pool and a full KITCHEN & dining area by the pool

Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.
