The town center is within walking distance (numerous local shops). Hiking trails are nearby. The sea is a 40-minute walk, 20 minutes by mountain bike (on gravel paths), or 5 minutes by car. There are sports facilities nearby. Don't hesitate to air out the apartment. A breeze is more effective than air conditioning :)

This place is great for all hikes, including the nearby Cathar Trail (Durban). A little paradise!
