Great apartment, nice balcony. Close to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay :)

We loved our stay the last two weeks. We had a home from home with all the amenities we needed- washing machine, iron etc. The apartment is lovely and the huge veranda is incredible with sun until just after lunchtime! Lovely view of the sunrise in the mornings too. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and a couple of issues we had. Aside from this we loved our stay and would definitely stay again in future. Easy parking and easy access. Pool cold but in the sunshine all day so nice to dip in to cool off. The dual aspect windows (floor to ceiling) in the apartment absolutely add to the atmosphere, it’s the best apartment in the whole complex for this reason with the only veranda that size!

Loved my stay at Marios's place. Marios was very responsive and happy to help with any questions/recommendations. The flat looked exactly like the pictures and was easy to find. I asked for some black out curtains for the bedroom as it got bright very early and Marios provided them happily. The kitchen had almost everything I needed - though some basic salt, pepper, and oil would've been great. Check in was easy and quick with getting the keys from the lockbox. The location was great, 2 minutes from the beach and a 20-30 min beautiful walk along the sea into Protaras/to Fig Tree Bay. One thing I will say is that the walls in the apartment complex are thin and you can hear everything from the neighbours. Earplugs helped somewhat, that's my only real naggle and overall it was a great stay.

Stayed at 4 Diamonds Villa April 2025 (Easter time) Photos of the villa looked stunning & it certainly didn't disappoint, absolutely spotlessly clean inside & out, perfect for both families and groups of adults. Plenty of outdoor areas for eating & relaxing with a private pool that has recently been relined which makes it stand out from the rest. Location of the villa is perfect, nice quiet area yet only a 5 minute drive to the main strip of Protaras & beautiful beaches literally a few minutes walk away at the end of the street, couldn't be better placed. Avraam was the perfect host coming to clean the pool every few days & ready to help with any information we need. Great two week holiday made all the better by our beautiful 4 Diamonds Villa, well done Avraam keep up the good work 🙌🏼💚
