Bill was an amazing host and incredibly welcoming. His home is positively cosy and unique. It felt like visiting a family friend. He gave us suggestions on where to visit in the area, which were most welcomed. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely outstanding: fresh fruits from the garden chopped up into an amazing fruit salad, creamy yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, strong coffee, home made jams, antipasto and delicious breads and croissants. Certainly made us feel like royalty! Also thoroughly enjoyed meeting Maggie and Izzy, the resident black dogs and official greeting party.

This is a wonderful location if you need to explore Kilkenny and the South East in general, very quiet and easily accessible.

We had a wonderful time in Rosses Point, so happy that we decided to stay here while exploring Sligo and Benbulben walks. We didn't bring a car but found that the local public transport was great, punctual well positioned - Michelle and Daryl's place is located a minute's walk from the bus stop. We enjoyed our stay a lot, great views from the apartment, comfortable bed, great breakfast facilities, and felt very safe. It is walkable to the Hot Box Saunas, plenty of restaurants, a corner shop, and a friendly pub called Harry's.

We had a fantastic stay at Patricia’s place! The apartment was spotlessly clean, cosy, and warm—everything we could have asked for. Patricia was an incredibly gracious host, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She even drove us to town a couple of times, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Her hospitality truly made our stay extra special. If you’re looking for a comfortable and inviting place with a wonderful host, this is it. Highly recommend!

The house is amazing and situated in one of my favorite spot in Ireland.

Out of all the hotels and airbnbs ive ever stayed, this one was the cleanest place ever!!! No clutter. Everhthing got its place. Bed room itself is pretty spacious (size of the big hotel room). Bed firm and i like it that way. Booking is for place only, however there was bread, milk, eggs, chease, yogurt, butter, cookies, crisps, cereal, chocolate bars, tea, coffee machine and more!!!! Unbelievable hospitality and excellent service. Thank you Sandra and Nick

Clodagh’s studio was perfect for our stay, clean, fresh, clutter free and compact, had everything we needed ! Clodagh went above and beyond, even collected us from the train station, which is at the far side of town. The main area of Castlebar town is within walking distance.. We were going to a show at the TF Royal, which is approximately 1.2 km away and walkable ☺️ I would not hesitate to recommend Clodagh’s studio to anyone, we had a lovely, comfortable stay ☺️

Lovely place to stay with nice facilities. Easy self check-in access. The room came with a care package of snacks and grocery essentials which was really appreciated. Would be more than happy to stay here again!

The Rose Suite was lovely! Very clean, spacious & private in a peaceful setting outside of town. Emmett & Grace clearly have an eye for design - very modern yet cozy furnishings & decor. It was so nice to stretch out a bit & relax while traveling. Wish we would have thought to buy milk or cream when we got into town for our tea/coffee at the suite, we would have lingered there a bit more in the morning. The nearby town of Kenmare was one of our favorites on our trip! Be sure to get a pint at Foley’s in the evening and breakfast at Maison Gourmet Cafe - the delicious pastries & warm, friendly service were amazing!

Unfortunetly only had time to stay the one night...OMG...they couldnt have more helpful to ensure we felt soo welcome ...The accommodation was truely amazing and high spec and not to mention the little things ..such as complementary chocs/chrisps..small bot vino and just everything was perfect..cannot recommend it highly enough Thank you, hope to see you both again soon Davy and Mags

We had two great days in Killarney & enjoyed staying with Julianne. She was so welcoming & friendly & her scones & homemade blackberry jam were very special. It was such a nice place to stay out of town a bit but there was the Aggie Hotel & Spa just up the road with a spectacular view & just the thing for a nice dinner or sunset drinks. Killarney is a beautiful town with lots to see & do & thus little B&B was a lovely place to stay while exploring the area.

A lovely little hideout, perfect for one person or a couple Claire's place is very peaceful and beautifully located - and very close to anything you may need e.g. shops, restaurants etc It is a well-furnished place, with the minimum kitchen equipment one may use. There's also a washer AND dryer, which is not often offered ... extremely helpful when the Irish weather turns to its wet side :-) Claire is extremely fast to respond to any queries; also very helpful - including offering local advice if you need it. All in all, I had a great experience and would recommend this place anytime!

Super cute and clean, plenty of space and location was perfect. Just outside of town but easily accessible with a car. Yvonne was very responsive and her and her husband gave great recommendations.

Myself and my partner had a lovely stay at Matthew’s place. The hot tub was a lovely touch.

Our stay at Kayden House was fabulous! Besides the area being beautiful with breathtaking scenery, Kay and Tony made the experience wonderful! Long before our journey began they were in touch helping us make reservations for tours and answering questions. They always responded quickly, even when we forgot about the time difference and asked questions at odd hours! They met us for check in immediately and gave us a rundown of Kayden House and the area quickly. Setting up tours that picked us up directly in front of the house or giving us rides to dinner was an unexpected bonus that added a special touch. The house felt like home and we can’t wait to visit Killarney and Kayden House again!!

Ginny’s place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also walkable to a few local pubs and stores. We stayed for our last night so we could be close to the airport and it was just a short taxi away. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Cove. Clara was helpful and the place was good to get to the town and airport. We would very much recommend staying there.

Wow! What an exceptional stay. In a peaceful area just outside of Killarney. Perfect for day trips to Dingle and Ring of Kerry. So many personal touches that most Airbnbs don’t provide.

A lovely little cottage that is very cozy. Perfect for 1-2 people. You will need a car. Kitchen is very well equipped. Furniture is comfy. There isn't a TV so relaxing in front of a big fire with a good book was definitely something special. Cottage is connected to the main house so a bit of safety if you are worried about being in the country.

Spent a few days at Kathleen’s studio over New Years. Warm welcome and the accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Lovely views of Creadon Head/Dunmore Harbour from kitchen and bedroom windows. Excellent Guinness literally across the road at Powers Bar!

Perfect place with astonishing views to enjoy a few peaceful days, and explore that awesome West coast of Ireland! The place is as described and shown in the pictures, so really outstanding with no issues, really. The owners were super friendly, very flexible, and helped immensely with tips and advice about where to go and what to do. Of course, you will need a car to get there and explore the surroundings.

Absolutely everything I had hoped for in seaside nostalgia, but with all the modern needs. Mary was a fantastic host and had the fridge loaded with basics, which no host I have known has ever done. Fabulous touch!! She even provided local products and farm fresh eggs!!! I will forever remember those loggings and am honestly envious they can call that home.
