The kayaking centre just 2 mins walk away offers organised sea kayaking trips where you can explore coastline and meet the famous Dalkey seals. With stunning views of Galway Bay, this luxurious ensuite studio is tucked away on a very private and beautifully landscaped acre lot. A three-minute walk down our road takes you to the waterfront. A lovely hiking trail is just up the hill past St. Patrick's Church. Located in the village of New Quay on the scenic Wild Atlantic Way, we are on the route to Ballyvaughan and the Ciffs of Moher. (A car is necessary - we are in a very beautiful rural area with very limited public transport.)

A 15 min drive will take you to many Wicklow attractions such as Glendalough, The National park, Glenmalure valley & waterfall, Kilmacurragh Botanic gardens, Greenane Maze, Avoca Mill & cafe and Wicklow Town Hidden Valley aqua park and Clara Lara fun park are within 5 mins drive.

The clever use of space means you have your own kitchen, dining and sleeping area with a small en suite shower/toilet and the living space includes a unique Bluthner grand piano for the musically minded!

The guest suite is both light in the day and cosy at night. Attached to the main house but with own entrance. Rural mountainous area. Within 20mins you will be in Glendalough with incredible walks like The Spinc. Russborough House and Parklands is 15 mins drive away. Delicious food can be found all with in 15 mins, The Hollywood Inn, The Ballymore Inn and The Poulaphouca House and Falls. Hollywood has a gorgeous cafe and flower shop offering beautiful gifts.
