Monthly Rentals in Fishtown, Philadelphia

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place! The space: The apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable and had enough space for our family of four and our pup. The location: The apartment was conveniently located to all we wanted to see in Philly. The nightclubs across the street were very noisy until about 2am. Guests with young children might want to take note if planning to stay Thursday- Saturday. Communication: Richard was very responsive and provided clear communication and instructions. It was a pleasure to work with him and stay at his place while exploring Philly with our daughters!

Spent a long week here working remotely with my dog in the basement level unit. I didn't realize it was a basement unit at first but that ended up being a really nice spot which shielded the space from the adjacent train and construction noise. There is a bit of sound transmission from the unit above which will vary based on who is staying in the upper unit so white noise generators in each bedroom was a really nice ammenity. The location is great, 5-10 minute walk to pretty much anything other than a grocery store, and easy to find a temporary spot to load/unload a car near the front entry. Jean was super helpful and responsive and messaged me after my stay because the cleaning crew found a couple left behind items and wanted to check if that was my stuff. Had a great visit with my pup and definitely enjoyed the space and the location.

Super cool cozy spot and felt like I was crashing at a friend's place. Spent a week here in early spring with my dog and had a great stay while working remotely. The apartment was well stocked and I never felt like I was missing anything for daily life. Really enjoyed the location, It's set back a few blocks from the main streets but in a very much central and relatively lively area that made walking anywhere ridiculously easy. Ran into the hosts throughout the week and they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Definitely a place I would like to return to in the future.

Wonderful and super clean and quiet place and the hosts were amazing! I extended my stay there and will be going back again.
