Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

The holiday home Maierhof 341 is located in See and impresses guests with its breathtaking view of the mountains. The three-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a guest WC and thus offers space for up to 8 people. Schönwies is a small, quiet place with 2 grocery stores, a train station, close to a shopping center, cinema, etc.
