we have lovingly rebuilt this old bergerie from zero using oak from our own forest in the Ariege and the most ecological methods possible. Totally off grid, solar elec, borehole etc. Situated in the middle of a natural paradise surrounded by the fauna, flora, pleasures and inconvieniences that go with that! Close to the beautiful unspoilt beaches of La Franqui and Leucate and the great wine cellars and restaurants of Fitou, it is the ideal place to recontact with nature and your loved ones.

On the ground floor, garage for your bikes, windsurfing… Upstairs, large living room, equipped kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed 160, children's area (DVD, books, games), office, bedroom with bed 160, adjoining shower room. The café and bakery are a 1-minute walk away, a large free parking lot is 50 m away; Leucate beach is 10 minutes away. A peaceful place to spend your vacation.
