I love the long thin strip that is Fitzroy, stretching from the top of the city toward the north shouldered on either side by Collingwood and Carlton. On a sunny day take a stroll down Brunswick or Smith Street into the city, enjoy our local architecture, street art, shops... and stop along the way for a meal, a drink, some music.... With 3 transport corridors, travel from St Kilda on the bay, to Preston and beyond is easy. The Museum, the MCG and the Rod Laver Arena, the National Gallery, Concert Hall and Theatres, our art filled laneways and fabulous eateries are all in easy reach. If you find yourself in Melbourne for work or for pleasure this spacious and comfortable self contained apartment with a queen sized bed, kitchen, full sized shower, seperate toilet and a washing machine is the perfect place to stop over TV and wifi are provided as well as linen and towels and coffee, tea, shampoo and soap There are 5 steps into the building and the 1 step once inside the apartment We can provide on street permit parking please let us know in advance if you will be needing the permit.

The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
