Monthly Rentals in Fitzroy North

I really enjoyed staying at Denise's place. It's a very cute second floor space in the back of her courtyard separate from the house. It was very cozy and comfortable. I was able to do laundry and hang them on the laundry line in the backyard. Great windows out front that welcomed the morning sun. And very easy to get to the local train station which was under a five minute walk away. Lots to do in the area in very safe. Thank you Denise!

Maja was an amazing host, very easy to chat to and responded with speed. The photos captured the home perfectly, a super cosy vibe with all amenities needed for our stay. Maja threw in a few recommendations for places to eat and do and she didn’t miss. Public transport was super close and easy to use and we absolutely loved being so close to Edinburgh Gardens. The home was clean, functional and welcoming, with great communication, we would highly recommend staying at Maja’s, and we would love to stay again next time we visit Melbourne.

We had an excellent stay! Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. The location was fantastic, with great coffee shops nearby. Parking was easy and public transportation was very accessible, which made getting around a breeze. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience—we’d definitely stay again if we plan another staycation in the area!

Great spot, just a couple of minutes walk from a 96 Tram stop that takes you right into the CBD. Fun design and thoughtful touches including public transport cards ( which was extremely helpful). Would happily stay here again. Thanks Rachel!
