Great location Clean accommodation Very well received and very well explained

Donald is a very friendly host and was very responsive to messages. The accommodation is located on the sea and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the rocky beach. Only a small road needs to be crossed to get to the beach. There are also SUPs available with which you can easily browse and enjoy the coast. Bathing shoes are recommended, as it can of course be rocky and also a little slippery. We stayed with 2 dogs and 4 people in apartment A3 and it was great in terms of space. Since the dogs could see us from the terrace and we would have heard if they bark, we could also go swimming on our own, without dogs. Dogs are also allowed right in front of the apartment on the beach. It goes flatly into the water for a long time. Restaurant recommendation is the restaurant "San Lorenzo" - pasta, pizza and barbecue dishes. We will definitely be back and can absolutely recommend Donald's apartment:) Thank you :)

the accommodation was as described, but we had a problem with parking,as it was not possible to park in the yard but we parked on the street. In the day there were cars standing there and there was no space, one day we had a conflict with the neighbor because we parked off the lines and couldn't get out of the yard... the place was pretty cold throughout the stay. Upper floor completely cold.. This was one minus, otherwise the accommodation was very nice and close to Venice but rather for warmer months...

Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

My wife, baby, and I recently had the pleasure of staying in your remarkable 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Italian Dolomite's. From the moment we arrived, we were completely enamored by the beauty of the surroundings and the charm of your accommodation. Your apartment's location couldn't have been more perfect. Nestled amidst the breathtaking Dolomites, we were treated to spectacular views from every window. It was an ideal starting point for our daily hikes and adventures in the region. We felt like we were in a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts! The apartment itself was a haven of comfort and style. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, it provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The one-bedroom layout was spacious and well-appointed, giving us plenty of room to relax with our little one. We were constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. The Dolomites are truly a world-class destination.

Federico is a very accommodating host. The communication went smoothly and very friendly. Messages were responded to very quickly and also a spontaneous change in arrival time was not an issue. The apartment is very nicely located, right on the beach. You can walk very quickly to the pedestrian zone. In the apartment you will also find everything you need for cooking, etc. It was a very nice and successful stay. Thank you for that 😊

I was happy to spend the whole month of August at the Taula'. Paola's apartment is located on the first floor of a condominium with large elevator with direct access to the garage where the garage is available to guests. The condominium also has a large lawn equipped for rest and laundry. The apartment is covered in wood, comfortable, spacious, equipped with appliances and spacious spaces to store your things. The village of Vodo is very quiet, few shops but a great farm where you can buy dairy products (including ice cream), pork meat and even lunch (by reservation). From Vodo, there are walks that allow you to reach Borca, San Vito and some refuges. Paola is an attentive, accurate host, a dispenser of valuable tips. It was a beautiful vacation that I would be happy to repeat.

Our experience was very positive, apartment matching the photos, clean and tidy. Mr. Fabio is a delight, who immediately puts his guests at ease from phone conversations. The apartment is very close to the city bus stops so easily in about 20/25 minutes you can reach the island of Venice. The neighborhood is also equipped with amenities. I recommend it.

My family if 5 stayed in this apartment t for a few days in Venice. The room with 3 single beds was great for our 3 teens. It felt very authentic to Venice! It’s a bit tricky to find at first, tucked in between some buildings down a narrow alley, but once we found it once this wasn’t an issue and it felt like it added to the charm! Great neighbourhood and we found it an excellent base for exploring Venice. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Oasis is the chaos. Plenty of room, great views, extremely quite at night but quick walk to the main sights. Excellent and proactive communication that made arrival and check in super easy after a long day of travel.

Ofelia was amazing from the beginning on how to get there, gave us lots of recommendations and explained everything very well. The apt was comfortable, clean and spacious.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

Excellent stay at Ennio's; he and his wife were very kind, accepting my late arrival. Very responsive, they were able to answer my questions when needed. I would highly recommend this place (clean, spacious and warm). Thank you again for hosting us.

The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, very clean and well equipped. In the house there were also soaps, shampoos and some basic necessities in the kitchen. Very comfortable in the center of Mel. A little noisy because it's along the main street, but the fixtures insulate well from noise. Recommended!

The apartment is close to the airport water shuttle. Christine met us at the water shuttle and walked us (5 minute walk) to the apartment. She made sure we where comfotable with everything before leaving us. The apartment is about a 12 minute walk to the main St. Mark's square and the Grand Canal. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Christine recommended a few restaurants and things to do while in Venice; this was very much appreciated. Overall we had a very positive experience with the apartment and Venice itself. We recomment this apartment to others.

Very beautiful and large apartment with its own entrance and garden. The apartment has everything you need.

Matteo's place was a beautiful and peaceful stay! The sauna and hot tub were top notch and the area was filled with serene hiking locations and delicious food. One thing I wish I knew in advance was that we were not to use the bubbles in the hot tub from 11pm-7am time range, but overall we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend to anyone who wants a restful stay in a serene part of Italy!
