Seaside apartment in Stazzo (Acireale)

The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a seaview kitchen (through a porthole), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

Grazie alla posizione centrale di questo alloggio, l'intero gruppo potrà accedere facilmente a tutte le attrazioni locali. ampio giardino a disposizione con posto auto e vasca idromassaggio rende questa casa veramente esclusiva. 3 camere da letto a disposizione e doppio bagno . l ambiente è totalmente climatizzato. Oltre al parcheggio auto privato all'interno della struttura (adatto a piccole auto) offriamo servizio di parcheggio gratuito in spiaggia presso parcheggio di nostra proprietà.
