Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² gîte, surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to ensure everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing the natural surroundings.

Il dispose d'une entrée, une salle à manger (canapé lit ) une cuisine équipée (vaisselle, réfrigérateur congélateur, lave linge, lave vaisselle, cuisinière avec four, micro onde,téléviseur ) une chambre à coucher avec armoire, penderie, lit 140,2 chevêts et une salle d'eau avec douche et toilette. Chauffage collectif aux bois je souhaite que les voyageurs après leur séjour laisse le logement propre

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

Adjoining the owners' house but totally independent, this charming cocoon is ideal for relaxing. Enjoy a stone terrace and free access to a 1.3 hectare natural park with woods and ponds. A peaceful place to take the time to listen to the birdsong and enjoy the great outdoors, between volcanoes and forests.

Quiet house, completely renovated, ideal for a relaxing stay in the countryside. 50 kilometers from Clermont-Ferrand, in the Combrailles commune of Condat en Combrailles, 20 minutes from the highway exit, in a small village close to all amenities. Close to nature, the chain of Puys, Vulcania, (40 km), the Massif du Sancy, the body of water of Les Fades-Besserve. Many curiosities nearby (hiking trails, ponds, rivers...).

Old Creuse stone house of about 80 m2, semi-detached but with its own enclosed land, with private pond of 3 hectares (no-kill fishing, rates and info contact me by messages). This quiet and elegant gîte in the heart of nature and surrounded by animals (chickens, rooster, jar, geese, ducks and donkeys) will allow you to relax and rest in peace. Reservation for 3 nights minimum.
