Welcome to La Fondette! We are Marian and Sander. In this place, you can take it easy in our unique, tranquil chalet that is inhabited by you (private). The area is beautiful and is located in the middle of nature. The room is bright and has a nice view that you can enjoy. We have fallen like a block for this place, come and experience it here!! Autumn/winter is also a nice time here. Puy-de-Sancy is also an hour's drive away; it's beautiful there too.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our residential building. It has an entrance, a dining room (sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen (crockery, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker with oven, microwave, TV), a bedroom with a wardrobe, a closet, a 140 cm bed, bedside tables, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Small stone house in the countryside, close to the town of Ussel (7 km), about an hour's drive from Clermont-Ferrand and Brive. Detached house of 90 m2, containing, on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen area, living room and toilet. Also enjoy a very natural outdoor area, with a large table to be able to have lunch in peace.
