Argeliers is 20 minutes from Minerve, 25-30 minutes from Narbonne and Béziers, about 35 km from the beaches, 45-50 minutes from Carcassonne, 1 hour 15 minutes from Montpellier and 1 hour 45 minutes from Toulouse.

It consists of 3 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms with toilet. Upstairs, each bedroom has its own private terrace of about 15 m². In the village: convenience store, medical center, tobacco/press, D.A.B., bakeries, Causse clinic 10 min, large buffets 15 min, Sigean 25 min.

The entrance to the accommodation is independent as well as the outdoor spaces which are also independent and fenced, (secure if you travel with your dog). Free parking in front of the property. Large terrace of 50 m2 with magnificent view of the pond of Bages. Bicycle storage. Dogs will be accepted, only if they are added to your reservation. Fully equipped accommodation, nothing is missing for your comfort.

Beautiful and bright 2 bedroom pavilion, with terrace and private parking space on the top of SAINT-PIERRE-LA-MER. On the ground floor: a living room/kitchen, a bathroom and independent toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom/mezzanine with two single beds. This pavilion has a beautiful enclosed and wooded terrace of about 19m² facing South/East, in a quiet area. This pavilion is in a residence 600m from the beach and shops.

Ground floor townhouse (3 rooms 65 m2) outdoor terrace and barbecue perfect for summer, 15 minutes walk from the city center, Halles de Narbonne and 15 minutes drive from the beaches. You can walk 5 minutes to the Espace Liberté de Narbonne (large buffets, ice rink, bowling alley, swimming pool) Sleeps up to 4 people. This is my main residence, there are some things of mine but I leave a water jug, coffee maker.
