Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Florence

Silvia treats all her guests like friends and goes out of her way to make them feel welcome. The rental was spotless and pristine with an amazing breakfast setup. Rooms were clean and as was the bathroom. She had a nice kitchen setup; breakfast items, cutlery, fridge, snacks. She also has a washer that she allowed us to use. Silvia is very passionate about hospitality and it shows with her conduct; one of the guests broke a glass and she didn’t charge or make a big deal about it even after the guest offered to pay for it. When we wanted an early check in due to our scheduling, she not only accepted but also carried pretty heavy luggage 2-3 floors up to check us in after room clean up (we weren’t there as we had an engagement elsewhere in the morning). I recommend her with the highest regards and trust. Should I return to Florence, Silvia will be my first contact; her place was that great.

We loved our stay and hope to return to explore more of Tuscany. Truly beautiful surroundings and view. So relaxing and peaceful, and the host and other employees are so kind. Delicious homemade food for breakfast, and we recommend the dinner at least once! One thing to note: if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because you can hear the other guests coming/going from the shared hallway (especially if other guests have small children). But with earplugs, it’s perfectly fine! Most everyone was quiet and respectful of the peaceful tranquility in the area. Truly a beautiful time and place in Tuscany 🩷

Many years ago, I used to live nearby. The area is as beautiful as it was, maybe more so. This villa is a standout. Beautifully proportioned with super high ceilings, beautifully furnished with well-maintained grounds in the first flush of spring. My stay was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of tourist-ridden Firenze. Only a short distance from the centre, yet to all effect in the country. The perfect situation for me. I hope to return for a longer stay.

Teresa and Agostino were the best hosts we have ever experienced. They were both extremely sweet, made us breakfast, taught us how to make pasta and then served us dinner all for free! We had multiple options of where we wanted to stay (went during off season). She gave us some of the best recommendations for local activities and food and what to see. Teresa and Agostino deserve so many more stars than you can physically select. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, you need to!

Very pleasant stay, very convenient location for everything: close to the center on foot, convenient to the station and easily accessible even by car. Very clean room and bathroom, cozy structure. Rosa was more than available, always reachable and ready to give all the necessary information. All for a very limited expense.

Very much enjoyed our stay with Antonio. He got us an upgrade to an even nicer room, which was super clean, spacy and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the recommendations for local sights upon arrival! Highly recommend!

The place is cozy but quite spacious. More like your own place than a standard hotel room. The T1 tram is clearly on schedule and will quickly get you to the city center, other historical sites or train stations (3 pieces). The presence of a cafe-Caldana for breakfast, also adds points. Recommended.

My wish to find a pleasant place to explore Tuscany by bike and car has been confirmed - quiet, away from the hustle and bustle (a recommended trattoria is within walking distance!), with lots of greenery, but above all a pleasant and accommodating hostess who always has tips on the area ready. All in all, an accommodation to feel at home!

Everything is fine, exactly as described, pleasant stay, the room is large and with a nice private bathroom. Quiet area, easy to reach the most important cities by car. To find good restaurants you have to take the car, but never had parking problems.

We are Indonesian and Swiss Couple that living in Switzerland. Our destination is Firenze but we choose place outside from centre, and we really happy to Find Sandro`s place. Easy to find, modern and new organize, room and toilet are big enough. Supermarket directly only cross the street, parking area on the Supermarket also big. Some restaurant also near from Sandro`s place, but the good things on the 1st floor and the other side building also have Restaurant. They have no provide some drink, tea or coffee inside the room, but for us that is really Ok, because we spend mostly our time outside. Also simple breakfast that is really enough and good. Sandro give a good service to all the guest when we have a breakfast. The best part, when we arrive really so late from the time mentioned by apps. Sandro still waiting for us with really good mood (we are arrive 11.15pm) Thank you so much Sandro for your hospitality, advices and suggestion for everything we need.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

We stayed one night at Gabriele's. We can't wait to do it again ! Very clean, very elegant and refined room. Breakfast with a lot of choice between sweet and savory, and in the atrium you can have an aperitif. Both are very kind and helpful, we will definitely be back!

The place was just perfect! Very good location, spacious room with a small kitchen, great bathroom. It made our short stay in Florence even more special. It's also a big plus how Giacomo was very accommodating. Will definitely recommend this place!

What a beautiful, beautiful home. This stay was at the back end of a 6-week travel through Europe for me and my partner. It was the perfect place to unwind, between the beautiful flowers and forest, the running creek, the gorgeous home and lovely hosts, we barely wanted to leave to explore Tuscany! Elisa and Alessandro made us feel right at home and helped to explain the whole area to us. We tried fantastic wine, ate beautiful food and honestly loved our stay. Thank you Alessandro and Elisa!

Daniel and Daniela welcomed us with a kindness and helpfulness that immediately made us feel at home. It was an authentic experience, immersed in the nature of the beautiful Tuscan countryside, away from the chaos and mass tourism. The food was so delicious, everything local and prepared with love - every meal was a special moment. The property is well cared for, cozy and perfect for those looking for peace, relaxation and genuine contact with the area.

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

Excellent to say the least! Daniela and her husband are exceptional people, it feels like staying at home! The breakfast prepared by Daniela is worth the trip, especially her cakes! Not to mention the hospitality for the child, we have just left and already wants to return to Daniela's house! We met for New Year's Eve and they also offered us a good wine to toast all together in front of an enchanting fireplace! What can I say, maybe unique! I hope to be back soon!

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

We only stayed for one night but we immediately felt at home. The room was perfect like the whole house but the real plus was being welcomed by a special and helpful person like Cristina. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

It's an extremely fun b&b with delicious breakfast! It has a good quiet location, accessible with nice little roads over the hills. The swimming pool gives cooling after a hot day, and there is a delicious restaurant where you can eat well. The people who work there are all very friendly and nice, they are happy to help you where needed. We stayed there superbly, thank you!
