The farmhouse is part of a small old village inhabited by 4 very discreet and friendly family units. The suite's surface area is 90 square meters and consists of a dining room with kitchenette, large living room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a large attic (the door is 1.2 meters wide) with 3 single beds. A very bright environment and immersed in the complete tranquility of the countryside, it is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and free 24-hour Wi-Fi. The owners provide the laundry area. Uncovered private parking. The owners are happy to welcome their guests and are available to resolve any issues. The small village is inhabited by three other very kind and discreet families, ready to help the guest. Tavarnelle is 25 km from Florence, 15 km from San Gimignano, 35 km from Siena. - Images of the exterior, swimming pool, garden and equipped olive grove will be visible soon. We kindly ask you to wait. The accommodation is about 5 km from the center of Tavarnelle. The historic center is equipped with all the services for the citizen and tourist: post office, police, municipality, emergency room, supermarket, trattorias, pizzerias, banks, etc. In addition, in the summer there are various musical events, small craft markets, and finally, every Thursday morning, the classic municipal market takes place. Places of interest (medieval villages) around Tavarnelle: San Donato in Poggio about 12 km. Barberino Val d'Elsa 6 km. Distances from art cities: Tavarnelle - Florence about 25 km Tavarnelle - San Gimignano/Monteriggioni about 20 km Tavarnelle - Siena about 35 km. In the organized outdoor spaces there is an ABOVE GROUND pool, the dimensions are: 10 meters X 5 meters, with a depth of 1.20 meters. A bathroom with shower completes the pool area. In the courtyard, guests have a nice table with barbecue. The entire olive grove area is at their disposal with maximum privacy. The owners, at the guest's request, can book hiking tours or wine-testing tours with the help of professionals. The price of any tour booking is not included in the price of the stay. The small village was once a military fortress, then a parish church or place of worship and from the beginning of the 20th century inhabited by farmers. Today it is inhabited by four very nice and discreet families ready to help the guest. Florence is 15.5 miles away and Siena is 21.7 miles away

In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.
