The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.

About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. A real home fitted with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Large outdoor spaces, garden, and botanical garden.

Renovated and furnished in 2017 (stair access only, no elevator). The apartment features a double bedroom with a king-size bed and AC; a living room with a kitchen, sofa bed, and AC and a second bedroom with a small double bed (NO AC). The bathroom includes a shower and washer/dryer. Quiet and comfortable, it offers all the comforts of home.

The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer you the best possible accommodation.
