The apartment is on the 1st floor of our main residence, so you may run into us, or run into our adorable dog Patoss. Charming apartment on the ground floor of an 18th century building in the historic heart of Pézenas. Everything on foot! Visit the city center, museums, shops, artisans, antique shops and flea markets, restaurants galore! My small 35 m2 two-room apartment offers comfort and quality services for 2 people: equipped kitchen, TV living room, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, 160 cm bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine, linen included. All you have to do is settle in and cocoon!

We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

Ideally located 250 meters from the Étang de Thau, overlooking the pond and 700 meters from the beaches, on the first floor of a villa, very comfortable staircase, separate entrance, very well insulated, it is perfect for couples and families (with kids) equipped with sun loungers, parasol, table for eight people, southwest facing, very nice. Two parking spots, secured on the villa.

Beautiful 65 m2 apartment on the 1st floor, all comforts, in the heart of the city, but protected from noise. Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with 2 single beds, it can also accommodate up to 2 additional people (comfortable sofa bed) You will have a private parking space. Linens and towels provided, washing machine, equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher) TV (DTT), Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning.

Studio located in a small village with shops nearby (SPAR for last-minute purchases, 3 bakeries, butcher shop, etc.), a Super U and Netto are in the next village. 15 minutes from Agde, Marseillan beach and Pézenas. Appartement cosy et chaleureux de 29m2. Au 1er étage de la résidence "Plein Soleil", à 10 min à pied des commerces et 20 min de la plage. Avec un parking sécurisé à disposition, il vous suffira de garer votre voiture pour profiter pleinement de vos vacances à pied. De plus, chaque samedi, le célèbre marché du Cap, se déroule a quelques mètres seulement. Petit plus : location de draps à la demande.
