The house has a large garden with a small private 10 m² pool. The house is large (200 m²) and bright and offers a nice view of the plain (and horses sometimes) and beautiful sunsets. It's a great place in any season, to gather with family, stroll, relax and explore the area.

You can enjoy the outdoor area, including the terrace, right in the heart of the village, while still being just 5 minutes from the town of Marseillan, 15 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes from Agde train station. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our main residence, so you may meet us, or meet our adorable dog Patoss.

Between vineyards and the sea in a charming village, come and rest in this small cocooning accommodation. To locate the village a little, we are 15 km (about 1/4 hour) from Cap d'Agde and its beaches, 13 km from Marseillan beach. We are also 10 minutes from Pézénas, the city of Molière. If you like peace and quiet then our apartment will seduce you. Put down your suitcases and go for a walk in the vineyards on foot, there are many paths.
