Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Floresta

Nancy (co-host) was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any messages. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to all the major spots. Some noise on the first night (Saturday night) from the bar downstairs but the noise stopped at around 1030pm. So it didn’t bother us at all. The hosts provide earplugs (which we did not need but is a nice touch). Great place, great hosts, great location!

I have just spent a week in this fabulous, huge appartment with funky decor and wonderful terrace. It has absolutely everything you need , is comfortable, beautifully light and airy with high ceilings, and felt like walking into your own home. It is very central in a great location and very useful to have a lift in the building, but nicely quiet at night. you can look out at Mt Etna and I was lucky to see two lava eruptions at night - quite spectacular! Noelia was super kind and there to greet me and help when necessary. I did not want to leave and would certainly love to come back.

We were only here for one night but this property would be great for a longer stay with good amenities and a well appointed kitchen. It is an easy walkable distance from the central railway station ( so very quick access to the airport) and the historic centre. All was very clean and tidy.

Bel appartement bien équipé idéalement situé entre Catane et l'Etna. Andrea est un super hôte qui fait tout pour satisfaire ses visiteurs. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

My family and I had a great time in this place. It’s really clean, luminous and well arranged. It’s wonderful to see Isola Bella and the sea from the terrace and the windows. We had great exchanges with the host. It was a great journey!

Graziano greeted me to show me around his lovely apartment which is more spacious than the photos reveal. He guided me through the heating system and shower operation, pointing out the dishwasher and drying rack and ironing board. After a long day traveling in the rain, the waterfall shower head was soothing and warmed my wet weary bones. I ended up spending a lot of time sitting on the balcony looking at the magnificent duomo, soaking up the sun and watching people stroll by. Nighttime was also wonderful- the beautiful quiet courtyard view, listening to the water rushing in the fountain below. There is music behind the bathroom but unless you’re a light sleeper you’ll be fine. The location can’t be beat- in the center of the old city; there’s a local very good Deco supermarket about a block away next to one of the best restaurants Trattoria Tiramisu which is great. There are toiletries and kitchen spices, everything you need to feel right at home in this cozy, clean, inviting apt.

El apartamento es excelente! Impecable! Y no falta nada. Todos los detalles muy bien pensados!Giorgio y su familia son muy simpáticos y hospitalarios. Me han recogido en la Estación del tren porque el bus local no venía, Paola fue muy cordial 🥰cuando me maree en el trayecto. Si estás a pie, que ha sido mi caso, no es muy práctico, ya que el bus pasa cada 1 hora, pero puedes descargar la aplicación y saber los horarios para moverte. El último bus desde el Puente de Ortigia sale 19.50! En cuanto al ruido, justo ahora, al lado hay una Construcción de edificios, por lo que desde muy temprano te despiertas con las máquinas! Estimo que al concluir ya no existirá esta molestia pasajera. Por la noche es muy silencioso y tranquilo! Recomiendo este lugar al 100%, en especial si tienes auto y quieres estar lejos del movimiento turístico intenso. Ortigia es Preciosa ! We have been using Airbnb for many years now, so when we meet very good hosts we recognise them straight away. Agatino is naturally able to make you feel welcome, the villa is very elegant and the garden is very well maintained with a very nice view of the vignard. Nothing was missing inside the house and we actually didn’t know that breakfast was included, so a nice bonus. In other words we only stayed two nights but we wish we had stayed longer.I hope we will have a chance to come back again.

This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

The place is very nice. A very comfortable sofa and bed. A full size refrigerator and a good kitchen. The only thing that I missed was a microwave. But other than that the place is great. The hosts are exceptional, and I would recommend it and also stay there again.

I would highly recommend Demetra's place. We spent 7 days in her studio apartment. Everything is as presented in the pictures. We really enjoyed the small balcony. The neighbors were very friendly, and there were a lot of cats on the street—lovely cats! We fed them all, and people were very grateful for it. We made some nice connections with locals in Catania. It's a very good location, close to everything in the city center. As walking lovers, we really enjoyed strolling to the train station. Catania is great; the coffee is amazing, the gelato is delicious, and the food is wonderful! There were desserts for breakfast every day! The distances between cities and beaches are worth it, taking a maximum of 1 to 1.5 hours. Public transport is great and always on time. We will definitely come back after the New Year! ✨️

El Loft de Emilia y Roberto es una excelente opción para los que deseen disfrutar de unas vacaciones en Catania. El alojamiento donde se destaca la limpieza y los servicios, cuenta con una amplia sala de estar con cocina equipada , lavadero y un bañó completo en Planta baja y una habitación con baño completo en Planta . La ubicación es buena se puede llegar caminando tanto si centro como a la Estación Centrales . Los anfitriones siempre fueron muy amables y estuvieron a disposición para mis consultas o para poder solucionarme cualquier inconveniente. Si vuelvo a Catania ,volveré a este alojamiento en el cuál me sentí muy a gusto. Lo recomiendo !!

Wir hatten einen schöne, kurzen Aufenthalt in der EcoLodge. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und Cinzia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

I cannot say enough about this appartment and the warm welcome that I received. The hostess went above and beyond to make sure I was arriving ok and that she could welcome me. I felt right at home! The place is fantastic, you cannot get a better location to visit Taormina. It is peaceful yet close to the action. Everything was clean and modern and I would love this to be my own place! I had a car so was offered a parking spot, which is essential in this city. Again, the hostess did everything to make things right for me. I recommend to everyone visiting Taormina!

We were really happy to have booked Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place during our trip to Sicily! We planned to visit mount Etna and avoid the crazy traffic and noise of the bigger cities that we had been experiencing in Sicily , so the place was a perfect choice as it is around 30m by car to it. It is also accessible to visit Taormina and Siracusa. The house is extremely comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, beautifully decorated and clean! The hosts are very kind and responsive, we ended up taking longer for our check in than planned and they were supper accommodating towards us. We recommend Emanuela e Mariagiovanna's place for your Sicily trip!

Location, location, location ... so close to the Duomo, shopping areas and dozens upon dozens of restaurants all with a 5-10 minute walk. We went out for every meal as it was so easy. The host was very accomodating for our check-in (we arrived early) and was on-site to greet us. He was very responsive to any messages we sent during our stay. Before arrival, he helped us with managing parking for our rental car. The apartment was very spacious (we were 2 adults and teenagers) and clean. We had a wonderful week in Catania.

Excellent emplacement proche de tout et très facile d'accès, dans une petite rue parallèle à la Via Etna qui est l'artère principale de Catane. En trente secondes à peine, on est immergé dans la vie locale avec plein de bons petits restaurants autour. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et très propre. Tout est impeccablement rangé et en quantité suffisante pour 4 personnes. Il y a deux grands lits (chambre et canapé convertible) Des boissons sont même offertes à l'arrivée. Cori répond vite aux questions posées. Les deux points perfectibles sont: la plaque de cuisson est bien présente mais de petite taille. Le matelas du lit de la chambre n'est pas agréable (dur et tendance à rouler sur les côtés extérieur)

This place was completely as advertised! Small but with everything you need and more. (I also mentioned that I would have paid more for such a nice place!) It was spotlessly clean and while we didn't actually use the jacuzzi, it was nice knowing that we could have at any time. It was very quiet and on the ground floor so easily accessible. Netflix was also included which is always a bonus for a stay in a foreign land 😁. We also went to a restaurant literally 1 min walk away called Re Carlo V (twice) and had fantastic food although it would not be considered a 'nice' restaurant but it was extremely convenient.

Vi valde att grilla mer kvällar än vi trodde. Mycket fridfullt o mysigt att komma hem till efter upptäckande av en händelserik stad. Mycket köksutrustning och serviser, bra grill, bekvämt med garage och snabbt kunna åka iväg utan att behöva köra igenom Taormina. Fin omgivning att gå runt i runt lägenheten, samt små detaljer i lägenheten som tallrikar och klassiska sicilianska huvuden gav en extra touch. Giovanni svarade alltid snabbt och säkerställde att allt gick bra. Vi kommer åka tillbaka till Sicilien, och om boendet fortfarande är prisvärt återkommer vi till detta semesterhem.

Our stay was great. The location is perfect , well stocked apartment and very clean. Gabriele was amazing to work with. He met us at the apartment , helped with our luggage and responded very quickly when we sent messages. We traveled around by bus /train and he was always available to help. Gabriele linked us to a wonderful experience with a chef for a personal cooking class. Highly recommend. We would return for sure.

Just a short walk to everything in the city center! There is a Lidl 1 block away - perfect to pick up some items. Place is very clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay.
