Apartment very well located, large, of course comfortable. New Building, in a very quiet, quiet condominium, with space for children, Pet, sports, swimming pool, fitness center, easily accessible and wide garage, all right next to the beach. The listing description is true to reality. The host was fully available, very helpful, attentive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this place

Jeam was an excellent host, always attentive to our requirements. We were a small inconvenience with our vehicle and we were recommended by a mechanic, who attended us very well. The apartment meets all the expectations that you can have. Everything is set with an exquisite taste, it is very comfortable, safe , the artifacts are of top quality as well as towels and bedding. In short, we had a wonderful few days!!. Thank you Jeam. We can repeat the experience.

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

An amazing place, booked in the middle of nature, private, close to places to visit and spend the day well and very well taken care of in every respect. We are located on the ap 03, super well equipped, clean and organized. Valmi was always super helpful and our stay was quiet and without any unforeseen events. It was really awesome!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

I was with my family for 4 days. We feel very good, very comfortable environments, with tv and air-conditioning in all the rooms. The children loved playing in the jacuzzi. Tranquil neighborhood, local conveys security. Surroundings with many options of bakeries, restaurants and ice cream shops. The host is note 10, super attentive.

Exclusively an apartment in a great location, it was very clean and organized, the hostess was always willing to help and concerned about everyone's well-being.

This is the second time we've stayed. Both the apartment and the complex are very nice. Leila's apartment has everything and more. The view is beautiful. Everything new and clean. The restaurant staff and food are great. Just like the boys in the chairs and umbrellas. The porter staff, very unfriendly, treats you very badly. Luckily it is only to be seen when entering. We will definitely be back!

We really appreciated the thorough check-in guide and local recommendation guide on the listing profile. The apartment is in a great area with a beautiful private beach behind it. We spent all our time doing outdoor activities across the island, so it was a great central location to return back to. We also appreciated the apartment having a few spare beach towels to use!

You can go without fear, Michelle your cozy and the apartment is simply perfect everything works in perfect condition.

Great location in a secure and maintained residence. Direct access to surfers' beach is a plus as well as the pool. You can park the car at the foot of the apartment, which is very convenient. We also have access to beach gear (chairs, bodyboard boards). The bedding is excellent and it is very quiet for sleeping.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Everything there for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very good; the washing machine had broken down previously and they organsied to have our clothing washed by an external laundry 👍 Location is very good, close to the beach, cafés, restaurantes and bakeries.

Excellent stay at José's apartment. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Close to downtown and the beach. José is very friendly and attentive to everything, and responds quickly. We would always come back!
