Excellent house, all well tidy and practical. Casa has everything nearby, pharmacy, supermarkets, pizzerias and close to other neighboring beaches. We will definitely be renting the house again. Congratulations to the owners on the whim.

Very cool apartment! Gourmet area with barbecue and sea view, sensational! 03 suites with air conditioning, good amenities, a great location, many restaurants, markets, everything easy. Balneário Camboriu is fantastic, many attractions, especially the Park Unipraias (cable cars), be sure to visit! There is an outdoor mini roller coaster and a half-meter zip line to the beach, pure adventure! Beto Carrero is also nearby, just a 40-minute drive. Anyway, a great stay with great cost/benefit!

Great apartment, exactly as in the pictures, clean and very complete. The view of the balconies is very beautiful but as we were with a child I missed a safety net. The kitchen is quite complete. The showers are good but when connected together it gets cooler and little water. The garage is really narrow and requires maneuvering, but it was already in the ad as it was. Hosts were very helpful and polite. Mr. Saulo who checked in was very attentive too. I recommend it!

Denílson, responsible for the stay, has been helpful since before we arrived, was empathetic and kind, in addition to giving all the precise information to check in uncomplicated way, since it was a Club Condominium and had some specific rules. The apto is amazing, sea view, both the balcony and the rooms. Spacious, organized, very well distributed in the pieces. In the apartment there was everything that was necessary for a good stay, from appliances, washing machines, among other amenities, which demonstrate the zeal for the guest. The condominium is amazing, with several options, even taking a week of rain we had something to do inside the condominium, since it has a thermal pool, sauna, gym, game room, etc. For sunny days, it has its own beach exit, with a guardhouse where they lend chairs. The apartment was clean and very well organized.

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

The place is excellent and very exclusive. It is the last plot of a condominium, with a backyard to the lagoon with private access. Very spacious and organized, complete with all the amenities listed. The barbecue area is a little far from the house, giving more privacy to users. However, there are two points that were not clear in the listing. 1 - The common area is shared with another lodging; 2 - The house does not have 4 bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms, both with mezzanines, and in these mezzanines, double beds. That is, there are two full beds in each room. But none of this takes away from the comfort of the house and the tranquility of the place. It was a great stay and I plan to return.

Our experience at Solar do Ribeirão was wonderful! Jaqueline is a very attentive host, always quickly responded to my messages, sent home videos and clear instructions on access to the property. The location is very good, surrounded by great restaurants. Negative points of the location: the house does not have a garage and at some times it was difficult to park nearby. The house (and 2 of the 3 bedrooms) are very close to the street, so at night we had a lot of noise from vehicles. The house's high point is the landscape! You're practically in the sea! Overall, the house was clean - bedding and towels well cleaned, folded and passed. The living room and kitchen has no air conditioning and it was very hot, so it was hard to stick around. Super-equipped kitchen with everything we need for a comfortable stay.

There were seven days of extreme peace and tranquility in this house, which by the way is a great house, spacious, clean, comfortable and cozy, a beautiful swimming pool and kayaks were part of the fun, balcony, living room and kitchen with a spectacular view of the bay of Florianópolis. João Gustavo and his collaborators made a difference, in short, it was very worth having chosen this property, congratulations.

Talita boasts the best AirBnB in Campeche and Thai units are to make any stay in Floripa feel like a resort holiday. thai is an amazing condominium, the apartment is complete and super well set up and Talita is a super friendly, available and professional hostess. It is already our second tour of Thai and we definitely recommend it to friends. We'll be back more often for sure.

Hospedagem Genesis is very kind and considerate! The apartment is easy to locate, secure, concierge 24hs. Very pleasant environment, very attentive and helpful condominium employees.. the beach in front is very calm and beautiful!! Every night we went to the sea to see the fishermen and the sea!! We very much like the site. Ah Mercado, cafeteria and bakery nearby beyond the grocery store in the condominium itself. In summary I recommend the location!!

Márlon was an excellent host, we had flight problems and we only arrived 00:30, even at this time Márlon welcomed us with all sympathy and cordiality. The apto is perfect, well located, next bakery, super, restaurants, of the famous bridge, playground with playground, the ape is spacious, the girls loved the bathtub ( the night was a fun part) has all the utensils ( with baby we cooked to take her food) … summarizing the experience was 10, we enjoyed a lot of Floripa, and we got the choice of the apartment in full… thanks Marlon for the stay and for its availability, for sure we will come back and stay there again.

We stayed for 10 days in Marcelo's apartment. All was in line with the advertised. The location is excellent, very clean, quiet and safe building and apartment, very close to the sea, you can see the sea and hear the waves of the balcony, close to restaurants, markets, pharmacies, and everything in the Centrinho de Canasvieiras, which has many options to eat and drink both in the Centrinho and on the beach, we did everything by foot. How good gauchos we made good barbecues at the AP BBQ! I want to thank Elizabeth and her husband. Dear people who have treated us with great affection and care and provided a great stay. We love to meet them.
