Place was great! Stayed with 2 other friends and it was perfect, the pool was nice and walkable to beach/bars area

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

This is a great place to stay in a beautiful location and the host is fantastic. I highly recommend.

Overall the place was perfect. Perfect size for two people. The place was amazing. Loved having the pool, the option of using bikes, and a complimentary parking spot. Everything was super clean and up to date. Will definitely book this if we travel here again. The host was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. Really recommend this place!!

Great stay the pool is heated and newer The unit is big ! comfortable beds guest bed very comfortable! any and all things you need for adults and kids . Appreciated dish soap, hand soap, packs of toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen supplies, spices. Parking lot was smooth lobby staff nice . Easy beach access. In the unit there’s beach chairs could beach toys so many towels & washcloth. For bathroom and beach, really appreciate that.

Overall very nice condo, here are my detailed reviews: The for: - The view of the intercostal is spectacular; - The patio is awesome; - the pool is great, lots of loungers and umbrellas; - there are many kitchen items, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap; - Publix grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, very convenient; - very safe neighborhood and block. The contra: - check-in must be at a specific time, no self check-in... really inconvenient if you have any delay or advance your arrival; - a single regular and chip key to enter the condo and move around the building, VERY unpleasant and restrictive when you are 4 adults with different comings and goings; - The cleanliness of some kitchen items left something to be desired; - The master bedroom mattress is of poor quality and stained; - The beds in the guest room are good for children, not adults.

I have so many great things to say and don't know where to begin. It's everything I wanted and more! we'll managed/great area! You will love it! I love how modern, very functional and they communicate well! I also stayed cause the pricing was not outrageous. I will stay there again if I come back to the Florida Keys!

We got in a couple hrs early and we were able to check in early as well. The place was super clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. We would def stay here again:)

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the back patio was beautiful. We loved the back canal area and saw lots of very cool wildlife and enjoyed fishing right there. Having the kayaks to use was also great. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The house had everything we needed. We loved the key colony area. The cabana club was a great space and the house is in walking distance to Sunset Beach, which was beautiful. The whole area is super close to fun things to do and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. The space was newly remodeled with excellent quality and style of workmanship. It was also immaculately clean and incredibly well stocked. Our family of five (three young adult boys) was always comfortable. The hosts thought of everything you could want on vacation. They worked with us to make sure we had a place to dock and use our wave runners, there was outdoor dining and grilling space, complete with a filtered ice machine and an outdoor chest fridge for any fishing, a beautiful spot overlooking the canal, a pergola over the sitting area to provide extra shade, and the house itself was gorgeous and well appointed with plenty of space. We’d love to visit again!

Absolutely amazing! Tanya’s Airbnb was the perfect venue for our wedding. The space was stunning, beautifully maintained, and created the most magical atmosphere for our special day. Tanya and Lana were incredible hosts—responsive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the beautiful setting and how comfortable the stay was. If you’re looking for a dreamy location with a fantastic host, this is it! Highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for us, clean, and loved being on the water. The dock area is wonderful if you have a boat. Matt's communication is top-notch. I would highly recommend!

Wow, wow, wow! What a house. The most insanely beautiful, well presented holiday home. The house itself was absolutely spotless, it had way more than our expectations in terms of facilities and equipment, inc fishing gear, kayak and paddleboard. The little beach and lake was absolutely blissful. I cried when we left and we have all agreed we will definitely come back. Worth every penny and more, literally exquisite.

Awesome house for our family get-together. Great layout, with lots of room and different places for separate groups throughout the property. The pool and outdoor seating areas were furnished nicely, with lots of room to spread out. Sonos system setup throughout the house was a nice plus, too. Definitely, a great stay if you have a big family or group.

I stayed here during my business trip and it was simply an amazing apartment with all the necessary amenities, nearby restaurants and convenience store, and the marina view was spectacular. The host was also very responsive. I will definitely stay here again if I have an event or business meeting in the Miami area. This place exceeded my expectations.

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

Carrie's place was absolutely beautiful! it was so clean, the beds were insanely comfortable, and there were tons of linens and towels for everyone. We very comfortably fit 8 people into the home with no problems. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing and we were all blown away. Carrie was extremely responsive and friendly. We were here for our wedding and had our wedding party stay here so it was extra magical. The pool and hot tub is super close, elevator to help with our bags, and the resort itself is gorgeous. 10/10 would stay again. We loved it so so much! Don't miss out.

Nice, clean and quiet place. pool was nice. Nice view off the balcony is of the mangroves. Beach area is nice but pretty rocky once you get into the water.

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Exactly as pictured! Beautiful getaway in the Keys! It was very clean, even up to my picky healthcare expectations! Had everything we needed! A few more towels would have been great but we made it work. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. It was great to know what amenities and products were included and how much up front. The recommendation book was awesome! Beds were comfortable, all tvs worked well. Nice to have cable included too! The pool was absolutely beautiful, especially at night. Very clean facility outdoors as well. The beach area was probably the only disappointment, and out of their control. Just wasn’t as sandy etc. as we thought from pictures. Still very nice. It was also so nice to have a door code and not worry about a key. The neighborhood was welcoming too and safe to go for a morning run. All in all we would highly recommend this condo for your Keys vacation, family or couple! Our family of 6 fit :). Thanks for a great home away from home!
