Basement large sauna with relaxation room and gym (bicycle/bar wall/weights (all NOHrD)/yoga mat). Wi-Fi/Sonos system/3 TVs (living room/fitness room/attic). The whole house has underfloor heating. Perfect location: close to the beach and close to the town center - but away from the hustle and bustle!

Loft 1 - Simmerdeis on the canal

Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft apartment with a large terrace on the ground floor. A beach chair and a large table with chairs for working and eating allow an indoor and outdoor stay. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and generous interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. Kayaks/SUPs are on site and included.

The Langeness apartment is our largest apartment, 70 m², and is located on the ground floor. The 3-room apartment is for 4+2 people. Dogs are allowed upon request. In the spacious living room there is a cozy seating area and you also have a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD radio. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, wardrobes and a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
