The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Hollyhock Cottage

Hollyhock Cottage offers welcoming accommodation within the beautiful Kent countryside. With 2 double bedrooms and one twin, the cottage can sleep up to 6 people. A travel cot is available on request. ​The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with woodburner. At the back of the cottage is a spacious conservatory, ideal for dining. The bathroom is on the ground floor with a shower room and w.c. on the first floor. Outside is off-road parking and a private garden with BBQ.

With local amenities and bus stops nearby Seagull’s Rest will make a great base for you to explore Romney Marsh and the surrounding area.

Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.

With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.

"Seashells" is a delightfully quaint and cosy former fisherman's cottage 5 - 10 minutes walk to the seafront, Royal Military Canal and the High Street with its many shops cafes and restaurants. It has a light and airy décor and a wood burning stove for chilly evenings.

Little Beacon is a recently modernised, detached cottage, just a stones throw from Hythe seafront, close to a wonderful array of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. The house is furnished to give our guests a "home from home" experience.
