We enjoyed our stay and loved how private the place was.

Quiet neighborhood, easy to get to. The place was clean and hosts were responsive. Only negatives were not a ton of storage for a long term stay and the hvac unit can be a bit loud. 5 stars overall

The location was pleasant, quaint, and rather peaceful. It is a short walk to a nice park and historical downtown folsom. Jennifer is the front house tenant and is a complete joy! It was my daughters B-day and we flew in from texas so she was most generous by decorating ahead. Eric provided her information and I am thankful he has her right there willing to help. The home was clean as can be and had all the blankets, pillows and items we needed. This rental is well thought out and comfortable.

Michael and Cheryl were amazing. They were very responsive and accommodating and the apartment was perfect. The location is incredible - close to the town square, restaurants and walking paths.
