We welcome you to our outbuilding, former artist's studio. Downtown, Château, INSEAD, Forest within a 10-minute walk. The 40 m² studio is suitable for a couple. It consists of a large living room with a very high ceiling, with the sleeping area in the mezzanine. Suite in 19th century property. Carefully decorated for a pleasant stay. Independent access to a 45 m2 bedroom, a living room area and private shower room. No kitchen. Guests can take advantage of the inner courtyard and large green garden with views of horses. Old stones and greenery will seduce you. Villiers-Sous-Grez is a charming little village. Bakery is a 7-min walk away. Supermarkets 10 min., A6 and TER 5 min drive. Ideal for visiting the area.

Charming two-room independent duplex, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard (large courtyard/lounge available). Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).
