For a mountain vacation surrounded by nature with views of the Aiguilles d'Arves. Quietly located and isolated from the village, the accommodation, with its small terrace, is part of an old farmhouse. Fontcouverte is 1100 meters away and 15 minutes from the resorts of La Toussuire and Le Corbier. Departure from the village for beautiful hikes on foot or snowshoeing. Apartment Saint Sorlin d'Arves 8/10 P uitzicht ski slope

New to rent from December 17, 2022. This apartment is a duplex house about 55 m2 with a balcony facing south and overlooking the ski slope. The slopes, restaurants, lake and supermarket are within walking distance, but also accessible by free bus (80 m from the complex). In September 2022, the house was completely renovated and a ski boot dryer was installed. The cleaning price includes a sheet package. Excluding towels. The WiFi can fluctuate between very fast and fast.

Quiet location with many hiking trails and other sports activities (mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canyoning, caving, skiing...) Free access to private hot tub. Heated all year round to 37°. Wood stove with logs available. 10 min drive to the small family resort of Col de Marcieu. 40 minutes from 7 Laux.

Best ski location

Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes). ⚠️⚠️⚠️Attention travaux façade Mai à Octobre donc pas d’acces au balcon ⚠️⚠️⚠️
