An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Hi there! My cozy, modern apartment is located in the old town of Ascona, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza di Ascona, the popular café-lined promenade along Lake Maggiore. The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. As it is in the old town, it doesn’t have a parking space on-site; however, we provide parking at Autosilo Al Lago/Migros. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. The Terrace Overlooking the Lake

House on three levels with terrace, balcony, garden. Great location overlooking the lake, immersed in nature in the chestnut woods. For those who love hiking, there are several trails marked to reach places of interest such as Lake Delio, Campagnano. 3 km away is Maccagno, on the shores of Lake Maggiore, where you can practice canoeing, wind surfing and sailing. From Maccagno, by boat, you can reach the most important places of the lake both Italian and Swiss.

Casa Cincilla above Lake Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Casa Rita/The TOWER Apt. Amazing view of the lake

The Tower is a lovely and cosy apartment with an amazing view of Lake Maggiore. It is part of an ancient house situated in the romantic village of S.Agata at just fifteen minutes drive from the center of Cannobbio. Probably in very old times, this house was a kind of castle with his courtyard and the tower reaching 360 °of sight!
