Lovely apartment near the lake

L' appartamento è situato a pochi metri dal lago maggiore in un paesino caratteristico al confine con la svizzera. E' un bilocale composto da angolo cottura più camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli richiudibili e bagno privato. Inoltre sono presenti due balconi vista lago attrezzati per poter mangiare all'esterno. Area esterna comune attrezzata con barbecue, tavolo e piscina idromassaggio. disponibile da luglio a Agostopressi dell'appartamento transita la ferrovia merci.

La casa è stata ristrutturata con amore per i dettagli, gli ambienti risultano caldi ed accoglienti. Arrivando nel vostro giardino privato rimarrete senza parole dalla vista mozzafiato che domina il panorama. Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!

Il Grottino

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

The modern villa with swimming pool is located a little higher on the mountain, in a quiet area in Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca, close to Lake Maggiore. You have a view of the mountains and a glimpse of the lake. The villa (9 pers) consists of a spacious house (upstairs) and a separate smaller apartment (downstairs). The house (5 people) and apartment (4 people) are rented separately from each other except in July and August. The villa is then rented as a whole.

For those who love hiking, there are several marked trails to reach places of interest such as Lake Delio, Campagnano. 3 km away is Maccagno, on the shores of Lake Maggiore, where you can go canoeing, windsurfing and sailing. From Maccagno, by boat, you can reach the most important places on the lake, both Italian and Swiss.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
