Monthly Rentals in Fordland

Cozy cabin is an accurate description of the place we stayed for a few days. While I wouldn't want to arrive after dark, any difficulty has more to do with the back country roads and relatively remote setting than anything else, which for us was a plus. The cabin was as advertised, and we didn't lack for anything we needed or expected. The shower was strong and hot. The coffee provided was robust. The setting was peaceful and quiet. This would be a great place to stay for day trips through the area.

The house was very comfortable and clean! Dennis and Susan went above and beyond as hosts. They were so helpful, kind and extremely responsive to any questions. So many extras with the house that we didn’t need anything once there. They thought of everything, plus more! The farm was so peaceful and their little goats were soooo adorable! The house smelled so fresh and clean. Probably the best rental we have stayed for cleanliness. We felt very safe and at home. I would definitely go back when in the area. Best hosts hands down! We needed a place to stay when we came for our daughter’s wedding. Modern Home was conveniently located to all the areas we needed to be during our stay. The home was very clean, amenities were exactly what we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved having access to the garage, especially when it rained and we were dressed in our wedding attire. We highly recommend this home to those looking to stay in the Rogersville area.
