Our fishermen's house benefits from an excellent location and offers two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed, and there is a living/dining area overlooking the sea, as well as a small balcony where you can enjoy a coffee or watch incredible sunsets over an aperitif. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Welcome to "Villa Il Leccio" The studio apartment is located in a quiet private avenue, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Piazza degli Eroi. It is located in the villa's large garden, of which only the entrance gate is shared. The tourist tax is not included in the booking price: €4 (person)/night. "CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

Surrounded by greenery, on Corso Vittoria Colonna with private access to the sea, quiet recently renovated apartment, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, equipped with all appliances. For this period of pandemic cleaning costs, I added the amount of € 40 for a sanitation carried out by an external company, which issues a regular certificate.
