The apartment has been recently renovated, located in a central but at the same time quiet and peaceful location. It is spread over a single floor of 105 square meters consisting of a living room with a sofa, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a private bathroom and shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, another bathroom with a large shower where the washing machine is located, an equipped kitchen, patio and solarium. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
