Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Two-room apartment in villa, with independent access, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa and armchair and upon request you can add a single bed for both the third guest and for those who want to sleep separately, a kitchen and bathroom with shower and laundry, suitable for three people, for couples and solo adventurers. Portion of panoramic villa - free WIFI

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

The Constantine Tower

The panoramic terrace of the Tower leads to the interior. The front door opens onto the living room, with a sofa, large table, antique mahogany wardrobe and kitchenette. A long staircase leads to the large bedroom, which has two windows, one overlooking the village and has a magnificent view of the sea and sunsets, and the other offering a view of Mount Epomeo. In the room there is a small bathroom with toilet and shower and a nice sink is visible in front of the bed.
