Villa Vindicio on the beach

Independent villa with garden in front of the beach of the Vindicio promenade that is located between Formia and Gaeta, both reachable in a few minutes by car. The beach has numerous equipped beaches but also a small free area. Each room has air conditioning and mosquito nets. The apartment is the first floor of the villa but the ground floor is also available. Ideal house for a relaxing holiday but also to reach nearby destinations.

Heaven is a Place on Earth

This villa has been built in the 50es on a cliff right above the sea, a walk to the closest beach, scissure, takes about 5 to 10min. It is composed by two separated houses. This one is only showing the JUNIOR house, the other listing I have in Gaeta, called 'Heaven on Earth', shows the SENIOR villa. Private parking with 2 car spots. Access to the sea is direct and quite steep, 300mts, the shore is rocky but accessible.

A spacious living area is illuminated by large windows, offering views of the surrounding nature. The room features comfortable seating, a coffee table, and a decorative fireplace. Potted plants and books add warmth to the space, creating a welcoming environment.
