Very good accommodation, up to the description and photos. there is one bathroom per bedroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. the terrace is a real plus.

the house is exquisite, perfect for a couple. The second room and the double room are attached to each other so either you know each other well or maybe it could be a little strange if you are more than a couple. the village is nice in the middle of the greenery and all in all Venafro the city under the farmhouse basin and well connected. So cool at night. Fantastic courtyard for evening dinners (beware of🦂) Giuseppe was very courteous and also made us find fresh water when we arrived, very appreciated! Soaps and more all available. The only thing maybe the mattresses are a little hard:) thanks for everything and next time!

Ciorlano is a very charming village! The apartment is a bit dark in the kitchen/living room, but the location, service and hospitality of Giovanni and locals more than makes up for it

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Host available and welcoming, the house is perfect for three or four people, it is in the upper part of hills, quiet and quiet, it has everything you need: rooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room all equipped with everything you need, fireplace, barbecue and terrace with beautiful views make the stay special! Recommended!

Alessia met us & helped us In. We didn’t know much about the area. We’d seen photos of the waterfall and the castle. It’s 1h from Rome, 1.5 Fumicino airport , 45 minutes from Montecassino & 2 hours from Naples nestled in the Appenine mountains. So beautiful and there’s so much to see. The natural beauty and peaceful location away from the cities makes it so relaxing. Great seafood restaurant just below. We hired a local (Diego) filmmaker who has made several documentaries on the area to guide us through the beautiful and historical area of Ciociaría. He is an amazing fountain of information. For 2 days he took us to the sights the gorgeous views & wonderful restaurants. Alessia can give you his information. There are no taxis so you must arrange transportation ahead. Alessia stocked the apartment with waters snacks and coffee. We were thrilled to enjoy all of it. There’s no elevator but it didn’t stop us.There’s no WiFi but Diego lent us a box for the duration of the stay.

the apartment was more than what is described by the site. The owner's perfect welcome is only worth the 5-star one. Arriving after a long and tiring trip and being welcomed with such warmth is valuable. Finding a clean place, with the possibility of having their own space for each one has made the stay a pleasure to enjoy the beauty of the city despite the commitments. We already stayed in Fondi for the second time. The location of the apartment is just perfect. You are right in the center, the bus stop and shopping can be reached in about 5 minutes. You can easily get to Sperlonga and Teraccina. So, we would love to stay there again.

Finding, at eight in the evening, such a cozy apartment and a host ready to respond and give you full availability, for an unplanned one-night stay, was more than a fortune. Perfect apartment, with everything you need and even more. Thoughtful touches, cleanliness, pantry, and fridge with more than one would expect. In short: excellent host.

The stay was great. The house was tidy, clean, and everything was available. The area is very central, you can get around on foot and there are many bars, shops and restaurants. Mrs. Concetta was really friendly and helpful. If I had to go back to Cassino, I would go back with pleasure.

Alessandro's place is exactly as the pictures show. He is always available if you have any problems. Carpineto Romano is a magical place. The people are super friendly and the restaurants are great.

New environment, clean, organized, in the heart of downtown. Very pleasant stay.

Shower was hot. There was a good coffee machine and we slept well. Instructions were clear.
