The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Nestled in its mountain setting, the Gîte offers you an authentic charming stay. Located on the balconies of Cerdagne, quiet, you are facing the Catalan Pyrenees with a great view.

The cottage "Les Hirondelles", with the appearance of a chalet, on the banks of the Aude, welcomes you at the entrance to the village of Matemale, located at an altitude of 1,541 m on the Capcir plateau. In the Regional Park, Matemale mountain village combines authenticity and dynamism. You will find two restaurants, a country bistro, a summer swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a hammam, a sauna and a snack bar. On site: a grocery store, a cheese factory, a brewery... Many festivities. In summer, the lake will seduce you!

The village shops (bakery, delicatessen, tobacco, restaurants) are within walking distance in 5 minutes. In winter, free shuttle 50 m away for access to the ski resort. A farm is located above the house with the possibility of attending the milking and buying their farm products.
