Simi was very cordial and welcoming! His home was immaculate and very beautiful. I look forward to staying at his place again!

I have stayed here a few times and it is my go to when coming to Colorado to visit. Tina's house makes you feel right at home and she is very quick to respond if you have any questions or anything. The massage chair and hot tub are added bonuses. I love how open the kitchen is as well to be able to cook. I will of course be back again! :)

We had a great experience during our stay here. Everything was very clean, modern, and nice and the neighborhood was friendly with kids out playing daily. There is a functioning security system and smart locks on the home that added a sense of peace. The home was also pet friendly and was perfect for my family and 2 dogs. The host was also very responsive to all our questions and very kind to us during our month long stay and accommodated a last minute booking with no issues. The lawn was mowed weekly and trash services picked up every Monday with no issues and added to a great experience. Overall a great stay and great location, also close to all local military bases for work, we would stay here again!

It was very close to everything we needed, and it accommodated to the needs of the children it’s very convenient and the fenced in yard was also a great addition because of the aspect of kids. It also included anything we needed that we did not bring and that was super helpful.
