“Check in was a simple process. Anna was available to help us with everything we needed. Just a phone call or a text message away. This tiny home is simply amazing. We wanted to get away for a short little 2 day weekend and we had one of the best times of our life! The place is great! TV and everything was working properly like it should. Netflix, super fast wifi, 5 stars all the way! The photos are accurate with amazing amenities! Our trip could not have been better in any way! Thank You Anna for an amazing experience!”
Serene space with new queen bed and desk area. Walking distance to Star Bucks, Publix Grocery and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful oak shaded neighborhood. Conveniently located between Tampa and Orlando. Close to Fl. Southern College.
“I chose this place because I needed a place very close to a location I needed to be the next day. It was literally 15 minutes away, compared to 2 hour drive from Orlando. I was truly happy I made the decision of staying at an AirBnb. When I got there, I found the key right where Jocelyn told me to find it, I opened the door, but had a little bit of issue with the lock. I called her immediately and she responded right away! She told me exactly what to do and how to do it and it worked! I loved how accesible she was to help me. When I got in, the home felt cosy and warm. It was truly inviting. It literally felt like if I was staying at my grandma's house and that is a great memory trigger of feeling right at home and secure. I went straight to my room and found it to be the one with lights on. It was comfortable, spacious and had a TV! It was right beside the bathroom, and that was a PLUS! I had some late night warm snacks and used the kitchen's microwave and little oven. It had everything I could possibly need to cook anything I wanted, if needed. Everything was squeaky clean. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely try to book it again for my event in July hoping that it's still available! Thank you Jocelyn!”

“Janet’s place is a studio attached to her home but has a separate entrance and parking area. The space has a full bed with a twin bunk bed and two large, very comfortable couches. It comes equipped with everything you need, a refrigerator with freezer, hot plate, toaster, Keurig maker, cream, sugar, all dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dish soap/sponge, hand soap, many towels, vacuum/broom etc. Bathroom with shower/tub. There is an AC unit that keeps the sleeping areas cool. There is a large pool with a diving board outside. As well as the most perfect view of the lake and horse field. The dock on the lake has just been remodeled and is a great way to spend the night, listening to the frogs and watching the stars. There is also a canoe to use and you can swim in the lake with ladder access out onto the dock. The best part about this place is Janet. Janet gives guest complete privacy if that’s what they prefer but I highly recommend getting to know Janet, meeting her dog Bear, getting to learn more about the horses/farm and meeting the new kittens and chicks. We didn’t get to spread much time with Janet until the morning before we left as we spent one day at Universal and got home later at night. But she was so welcoming and a joy to meet and to get to know (this is coming from someone that loves privacy and gets nervous meeting new people). She makes you feel like part of the family but respects your space of you prefer to keep to yourself. This is one of the most unique Arbnb’s I ever stayed at and if you have children and need a dog friendly location, this is a great spot. Very close to LEGOland, Dinosaur World and many Winter Haven restaurants such as Nutwood and Tempo 1930 (good food and atmosphere for vegetarian and meat eaters alike). Janet has put together a handmade book of local tips and suggestions that I recommend reading and was an added touch. We will be back!”
