Sjøbua is located just 20 metres from the sea and offers a rare combination of comfort, tranquillity and spectacular scenery. The cabin was completely renovated in 2021 and has three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and large terraces with panoramic views of the open sea. Here you can enjoy the sea view from almost every room – even from the bathtub. Sjøbua is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, high-speed internet, a barbecue, firewood and a fire pan.

The good life at Austrått... Here you will find history, beautiful nature, farm experiences, local food and activities on the lake, land and mountains. Kårstua is suitable for families, friends and groups who want to vacation together. A large and nice patio with fireplace, and a nice winter garden provide good and pleasant gathering places. Our guests can harvest the seasonal organic vegetables in the cooperative farm. There are over 40 different varieties in the high season. Smaller companies or departments can have gatherings and courses here.

Enjoy a stay in scenic surroundings. We put comfort in the top seat and can offer high quality beds and bedding, access to water and electricity and everything that is needed to ensure a memorable stay. Take a bath in the tub, make yourself a delicious dinner on the campfire. If you love mountains and hiking, there are great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, where you can enjoy the view of Nordmøre's fjord landscape or try your luck at fishing. (Requires purchase of a fishing license). Dogs are welcome!

Glass igloo beautifully located by the ocean of Trøndelag, Hellandsjøen. On sunny days you’ll enjoy an amazing sunset from the igloo, go to sleep in duck down duvets with Egyptian cotton, and sleep under the «open sky». Our traditional cottage with gras roof has all modern facilities with kitchen and bathroom in the new basement. Scenic views of river valley. Located on a farm with lots of animals: sheep, horses, cats, hens, rabbits and a peacock. Great hiking and fishing! The cottage is in three stories; bedrooms on the top floor and bathroom/kitchen in the basement, with stairs in between. Not suitable for everyone, but for those who dont mind stairs the cottage offers a cozy and charming atmosphere!

You'll love my place because of the view, the location, the vibe, and the outdoor area. My place is good for families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). In the after Christmas winter, there are prepared ski slopes just outside the living room door that, among other things, go to a ski cabin where there is service on Sundays.

Housing at Småbruk in Hegra in Stjørdal

You will have access to your own outdoor terrace that is shielded from the rest of the courtyard. Outside there is also a barbecue area that can be used freely. We also have an adjacent building where dinner parties can be arranged. Please contact me if you need more beds than 3, we have several options.

Friendship

This place is really peaceful and quiet, both summer and vinter. Either you are one or two families who want to live together, a couple, or want to stay here alone in peace. There is less traffic, and a nice and quit little lake close to the farm. Stjernehimmel kan ses på skyfrie netter!
