The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open living room and kitchen solution and an attic room. There is plenty of space for many people on a trip and the open kitchen solution makes cooking social and pleasant. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace facing the beautiful view. In the area there are a number of great places to visit, as well as hiking opportunities in the mountains and along the coast.

Only 7 minutes by car is Freimarka where there are opportunities for cross-country skiing in the winter and great hiking trails with Bolgavannet which is nearby. Both a travel bed and a high chair are available. Recommended to have a car.

Practical and modern apartment with good location at Grilstad Marina close to the lake, hiking areas, restaurants, shopping center and frequent connection to Trondheim city center. The charging path right outside extends all the way to Nyhavna in the city center. There are good swimming opportunities in the immediate area, including Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and Væresbukta. Many playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several major study sites such as NTNU.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the table can be pulled out and give room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 min to Trondheim city center in 12 min. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

We offer you a separate small newly renovated guesthouse with a kitchen and living room in one, separate bedroom and toilet. OUTDOOR SHOWER (please look at the pictures so you know what to expect). On our small farm, we have many animals; free-range chickens, ducks, rabbits, dogs, cats, horses and llamas. The location is rural, car is the preferred means of transport. Welcome

Bring your family to this cozy cottage, where you can relax and explore various activities nearby. Large and sunny! Here you can enjoy the silence, light the fire in the fire pit or light a larger fire at the gapahuk - both summer and winter. The cabin is well located for year-round trips to Hessdalen, Rugldalen, Røros, Tydalen/Riasten. In winter you can also put on your skis for a cross-country trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen ski resort. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.
