Welcome to our charming little 45 m² house, which is very bright and was formerly a renovated farm shed. It is situated in the heart of the countryside, in the commune of Lardier-et-Valença (Hautes-Alpes), in an ideal location between Gap and Sisteron. This small, cosy and characterful property, with air conditioning, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Perfect for couples, families or friends looking to discover the nature, culture and spectacular landscapes of the Southern Alps.

All in a quiet setting. The perfect base camp for all sporting activities, or simply for peace and quiet.

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

1* furnished tourist accommodation completely refurbished in April 2024. Located at the bottom of Fouillouse (2 km from Tallard Airfield). It is on the ground floor (terrace with barbecue) facing east with views of the mountains. Living room with kitchenette/bar and sofa bed. A small bedroom with a double bed separated by a curtain. A shower room and a toilet. 10 minutes from Gap. 2 minutes from the airport. 5 minutes from Tallard and La Saulce.

Each bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds convertible into 1 king size double bed. The bedding is new. Each room offers a postcard view. The bathroom is large with walk-in shower. The entrance is spacious, and the cellar provides plenty of storage. You have the land (1500 m²), with an outdoor table.
