Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fountain Inn

Simple and clean space that was in a great location to quickly access all that Greenville has to offer. Quiet neighborhood with the Swamp Rabbit Trail across the street from the front porch. Nothing fancy but everything we needed for a great stay in Greenville!

The place was just like the pictures. Clean, comfortable, great spot if you are attending a Furman sporting event!

Arriving via rental car there was plenty of parking available and usually right near the door which I appreciated. Beds were very comfortable and Matthew had plenty of suggestions for how to make the space match our needs.

Walk in to this rental and you have everything you need and more! Lin, Russell and their two dogs were very friendly, nice and welcoming. The surroundings inside and out are beautiful and relaxing. My two dogs enjoyed the large fenced in backyard, seeing the chickens as well as the horses across the street too. All around, this place was a perfect rental for me and close to watch my niece play softball at North Greenville University, which was only 15 minutes away. I would definitely rent again!

We drove up from Louisiana for a friend’s wedding in SC and stayed here! Perfect for just the 2 of us, just minutes from good food, the Greenville Zoo and the mall! It was a 12 hour drive for us so it was nice to get to the house and have no issues or complications!

We had an absolute delight staying at Cindy's place! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, and close to all the essential amenities. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and furnished with brand-new everything. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Our kids had a blast playing at the community's playground and taking leisurely strolls around the neighborhood, admiring the charming homes. This was our first experience staying in a tiny community like this, and we're so glad we discovered Cindy's gem. It's now our go-to 'second home' whenever we're in the Piedmont/Greenville, SC area. A huge thank you to Cindy and her co-hosts for providing our family with a comfortable and relaxing stay. We appreciate your hospitality!

Mauricio’s place was very nice and exactly how it was described. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was about 10 minutes from the downtown area and super quick and easy to get an uber ride to and from. The neighborhood was actually very pleasant and peaceful. We didn’t actually see any of the neighbors while we were there. It is an end unit which makes it even more peaceful and pleasant. Thank you for the stay, Mauricio!

Our time in Greenville was perfect. The centrally located condo truly made the trip exceptional and we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the condo was(pictures don’t do justice to the high ceilings- added bonus!) the water pressure was fabulous and we couldn’t have been happier with the communication from our host. She went above and beyond sending an Instacart order with replacement batteries for the remote (which we didn’t expect but appreciated so much!)

The house was clean and updated with a big backyard. The only issue was the house numbers on the mailbox are dirty so it is hard to see them.

The house was a great spot to spend two quiet nights. The deck was a peaceful place and the house was in great condition with tons of decorations. Thank you for this nice little house.

We had a great stay! It was nice to be able to feel right at home, especially after a long drive from Florida. Sven loved the pet friendly openess of the home and being able to roam around out back in a fenced in area.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location for Furman, Greenville sites and activities. Convenient to grocery, restaurants and needed things. Home has been completely renovated and was so nice.

Andrew place was very lovely. It was very spacious and very clean! Loved the corner little bench right by the window, it was very cozy. The hottub was amazing and relaxing! The house felt really cozy and comfortable. The stores around the area aren't even that far from the place. I'll definitely come back again!

We stayed here for ten days while visiting a friend. The place seemed brand new, very clean with all the amenities you would need or want. Communication was easy as was access to the house. I recommend staying here without hesitation.

Perfect location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the comfort of this condo and appreciated everything about the easy check-in and great communication with Emily and her team. The layout of the condo was great for our girls trip with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We really loved enjoying our evening glasses of wine on the outdoor deck off of the kitchen. It was perfect to have a small outdoor space to enjoy the perfect weather. I would definitely rent this condo again if I return to Spartanburg!

This loft was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. My husband and I wanted a location in downtown Greenville that was walking distance to all the great attractions, shops and restaurants and that’s exactly what we got! April is a great time of year to visit so you can enjoy the weather for all the walkable spots. We didn’t get in our car again until it was time to leave! The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and timely on responses! I have already recommended this stay to a few friends and family. We look forward to visiting again someday.

This is a great place to stay in town! Park your car in the adjacent parking garage and walk to probably hundreds of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Property was exactly as described. Very clean with nice amenities. Navina is very responsive when communication is needed and helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go in town. The building is very safe as you must use a key fob to access the building door and elevator.

This was my second time booking with David and, once again, the place did not disappoint. My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only heard a train once in the early hours of the morning but we happened to be awake, so it wasn't a bother.

Very clear instructions when first arriving, the pictures definitely match the actual house and the place is very clean and uncluttered. Very simple and welcoming! Would definitely visit again

The condo was wonderful. Only 7 condos in the building. Very quiet. Sheets very soft and beds very comfortable. The best and most important part is the parking. You have an assigned parking place inside a gated parking "lot". You enter a code to enter and exit. The condo is walkable to all restaurants and activities! Would love to stay here again the next time I visit Greenville.
